I have just posted a video on IGTV and stories about Dan Sweeney Health and Fitness dudes. Life throws so many surprises at you. Life has so many crossroads but I am extremely proud of what I have accomplished in the fitness industry. I am proud to have given others a platform on which to build their own but most of all I am proud to have built a relationship with each staff member and gym member. You have each thought me that life is to be enjoyed and that laughter is the answer to so many problems. Much love always, Dan 💚💚

The mind is such a powerful thing 🙈this little box is cute and innocent and mostly doesn’t bother me... but not today 😳yesterday I done 15 boxjumps in a row 3 times no bother as part of my training and slipped on the second last one ... no big deal 🙄it happens everyone and I still done the one rep after. But today .... today was a different story dunno was it over my slip yesterday r I was just tired but I struggled to even do 10 in a row not a mind the 30 I had to do 🙈I totally started to other think 🤔 everything and couldn’t even get my legs to jump😲😲😲I kept trying and failing and it was making me worse 🤷🏼‍♀️🙄so i went onto another exercise and came back and told myself... u can do it u got this and I finally got it 😁something that is normally very easy to me was yet so difficult this morning just goes to show you need the right mind set 💪🏻💪🏻 #fitfam #boxjumps #mindset #yougotthis #nevergiveup #keepingtrying #beliveinyou

Start of week 2. I swapped the first two days and did upper body instead of lower body today as it didn’t suit to do lower body today. I finished up bench press with one set of 8 at 37.5 Kg. Also did bent over row, military press and dumbbell bent over row. . I think the green and black colour scheme in @dansweeney14 health and fitness makes me feel like I am at home in @warehousegym32. Time to go to bed I think and will be tackling that lower body session tomorrow. Never have I ever not wanted to train so bad.... was thinking of every excuse not to go or what other day I could fit it in. Started my day at 5.30am today and didn't get home till 8.30pm so as u can imagine I was wrecked, but I swear to god I feel a million times better now it's done. Managed a really good session even though I NEVER train in the evenings. Even finished off with big heavy hex!!!
