Who else loves the “stop, drop + yoga” game (do it for the ‘gram!)? 📸 ⠀ It’s exciting! But let @the_exit_strategy’s video be a reminder of the importance of prep work — especially for deep poses. ⠀ Yoga is meant to increase lifespan and health-span more than snag that impressive shot. Practice mindfully 😉 ⠀ Forearm wheel is one of my favorite asanas... the feeling it gives me is great. I don’t have a fixed sequence to prepare for it, but mostly I do this one. We’re all different, feel free to modify it according to your current need.
