#Repost 📲 Falsegrip coach | @handsdan ・・・ Do you struggle to Posteriorly tilt your pelvis in a handstand? This is a great exercise to help extend your hips whilst tucking your pelvis. If you struggle with this on the floor then you can imagine the challenge to PPT when inverse. I would aim for 3x 10second contractions each side.
