I skipped on the baguette as it was most likely made with butter. We bought these ready made at Lidl. Delicious! 👍 . 🇩🇪Gefüllte Paprika! Ein weiteres unserer "Ferienwohnungsmahlzeiten"🇫🇮 Mit Basmatireis gefüllte Paprika. Ich habe beim Kräuterbaguette "gepasst", da es sehr wahrscheinlich mit Butter zubereitet war. I’ve been using up odds and ends from the cupboards this week. I had a little jar of pearl barley leftover and a sweet potato so made this sage & sweet potato pearly barley risotto with chopped walnuts. It was tasty and the little one loved it too 👶🏼💕 I’m having fun making up recipes for all the random food we have leftover. . After watching Hugh Fearnley- Whittingstall’s War on Plastic I counted up the single-use plastic in our own kitchen and was shocked. What also shocked me though was the sheer amount of food in our pantry. Multiple types of grains, beans, nuts, little extras... no wonder cooking is stressful for us! My kind of soulfood ♥️ Wie schön diese Tage sind. Ein wolkenloser Himmel und kurze Hosen. Überall blüht und summt es. Die Stadt ist heiß und die Abende lang. Leichtigkeit liegt in der Luft. Es ist allerdings gar nicht so einfach, all das bewusst zu genießen. Unser Kopf und auch der Terminplan ist immer so voll. I worked on my flower beds for a couple of hours and then ate almost half of a whole watermelon 🍉 There is nothing that will hydrate your body the way watermelon does. . .
