Easy peasy meal #assembly. - - Even if your schedule is jam packed or you don’t like to cook, you have to eat! - - This is a super simple lunch I threw together: 1 cup strawberries+blueberries, 4 oz. chicken (swipe to see the precooked version I bought at #TraderJoes), slivered almonds, spinach and arugula, with 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette. - - You could add some #feta or #goatcheese if that floats your boat. Take the time to make a meal you enjoy~obviously your plate doesn't have to look like mine because we all enjoy different things and need different amounts of food🤷🏼‍♀️ . I put these meals up as ideas for healthier alternatives, but sometimes I have more on plate than needed or sometimes I'm eating way more after I finish that plate💁🏼 We all have different bodies that need different things so listen to your own body✨ . One More 🖤 . Happppy Saturday! My favvvvorite day of the week! @tkrids4 just made me some yummmy waffles & turkey bacon in bed 😊 . We’re going to get ready to head up too Ann Arbor & hit up @traderjoes and maybe grab some lunch. After that I’m definitely heading to the gym and working my booooty off because even though I feel freaking amazing & lean, I only hit the gym three times this week. With Valentines Day & getting over a little sickness at the beginning of the week I just put the gym on the back burner! Which is definitely a good thing every now & then. I have a serious obsession with @hungryroot yuba noodles. Like, I would eat them every day if possible. Today I took them to the next level by adding @traderjoes umami seasoning blend. I love crisping the noodles up in a pan then topping with cilantro and sesame seeds. The umami seasoning added another delicious level of flavor.
