Preparation: —-Put a pan to heat. Take one cup of vermicelli and fry it in some ghee until it changes it’s colour to light brown. Add 2 cups of water and cook it well(like you do noodles). —-Once soft and cooked, strain the water and put the vermicelli into cold water for a minute. Strain the cold water and keep it aside. —-Now take a pan and add some oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, chana dal, urad dal, dry red chilles and fry well. Now add turmeric powder, green chilles, curryleaves and peanuts. Mix and saute everything well for 5 minutes. Add salt. —-To this add the the vermicelli and sauté. Cover the pan with a lid for a minute for the semiya to read the flavours. —- Turn off the stove. Take off the lid and mix everything well and squeeze one lemon, give it a mix. —-vermicelli pulihora is ready. Serve hot.
