Helloooo 👋🏼 . . . Qui était devant le discours du 1er ministre hier? Qui a sauté de joie quand il a annoncé la réouverture des salles le 2 juin? 🕺🏻💃🏼🎉 . . . Après 2 mois de confinement, même si j’ai le matériel qu’il faut pour faire mon sport à la maison, je vous avoue que la motivation n’était pas là 👎🏼 faire du sport toute seule même avec une bonne playlist, je sais que je serais pas à mon maximum 😅 et aujourd’hui je me sens beaucoup moins tonique! . . . Maintenant j’hésite entre 2 monde, le crossfit ou la musculation ? 🤔 bon c’est vrai que les deux sont compatibles mais j’ai envie de renouveau et découvrir le monde du crossfit ! . . . Avec mon nouveau boulot et la réouverture de toutes les salles il va falloir que je m’organise et que j’essaie de convaincre ma patronne de changer quelques horaires pour que je puisse reprendre mes habitudes 😅 . . . . Oser montrer quand ça ne va pas, même sur Instagram ... Parler de la maladie de Crohn est un des piliers de mon compte Insta. Parce que cette maladie touche de plus en plus de monde, parce qu‘elle est mal comprise, parce qu’elle fait peur. Le plus souvent je partage du positif, j‘ai envie de montrer que même malade la vie est belle ! Mais parfois la réalité c‘est que ça ne va pas. Malgré le courage, la force, la positive attitude, parfois c’est difficile. Ça ne veut pas dire qu’on arrête de se battre ou qu’on baisse les bras. Ça veut juste dire que oui parfois c’est très compliqué, c’est la réalité. Et il faut le dire, pour qu’enfin les gens comprennent ce que représente VRAIMENT cette maladie au quotidien et ce que ça implique . Crois moi, ce n‘est pas simple de se dévoiler comme ça, mais je suis persuadée que ça peut faire bouger les choses, que ça peut créer des déclics de conscience . Voilà pourquoi j’ai choisi de ne pas montrer que le côté doux aux couleurs pastels. C‘est un choix, mon choix et je l‘assume totalement . Je ne cherche pas à ce que les gens s’apitoient sur mon sort. Je veux juste qu’ils ouvrent les yeux sur le quotidien d‘un malade .
