Morning gym session done ✅ 20cal row, 20 band walks, 15 light goblet squats, 15 light walk balls, 10 bar jump ups, 10 light OH KB swings; 6x 2 heavy back squats, 20m light farmers carry; 3x8 front rack step up each side, 8 bar only RDL and finishing with 5x10 GTO with a light plate and 12 cal cardio.
