Late night with the fellas @TotalFlexGym @sgt_onion and @the_american_viking have never posed before, so we're getting them all set up. Nate will be doing his first Bodybuilding comp later in the year and Matt will be checking out some Men's physique! We pushed our bodies to some extreme limits this weekend. I know I did indeed. I never thought I would be able to complete something like the #ragnarelay but when you surround yourself with great company they will help you uncover what you can accomplish. We ran #200ishmiles over the course of 36 hours. I couldn’t be more proud of my team and most importantly myself. Now we move into prep for my #surgetonewlevels meet. My resolution in January was 200 days of exercise for 2019. Just finished day 87. Looks like I’ll be surpassing it... and for that I’m gonna be damn proud of myself. Literally posing in a gym shower because it was the only place in the entire gym with decent lighting. • On my 2nd day of my bulk and I’m already feeling heavier, eating feels so good, but the workouts have been kind of sluggish. (might have to eat lower glycemic carbs before working out like bread) Other then that just enjoying the process for now. • 15 | 5’9 | 1/19/19 | about 150-151lbs
