@thespartan__ who I follow made a post about hating the word try... you either do and fail or you do and win. Whatever happens it's still a win to me. Applying it to every day life gym or work will help you hit goals. Trying to me is a half arsed attempt at something g you want to accomplish but dont want to give it your all!! Front Squat at 300 lbs. today for my heavy single. 1) Better torso position. Not perfect, but better. Glutes fire better as well, note the lack of hips shooting back. 2) Elbows dip initially but correct quickly on the way up. 3) T-spine wiggles slightly but corrects along with elbows. 4) Depth is there. Speed is there.
