Finished today’s leg day with Bulgarian Split squats. Unilateral work is always great for targeting deficiencies and imbalances and truly helps to Improve major lifts such as the squat but it also contributes to the aesthetic development of your body. Completely depends on how you apply it in your workouts. Today’s squats were beltless and by 3 which contributes to the overall development of core musculature so that if and when a belt is used you get the maximum benefit from the extra support.
