Remember my post two days ago about loving your body? Well I've been a fraud since I posted it. I worked arms this morning and felt WEAK. I had to decrease weight in almost every lift, and kept seeing all the flaws and things I didnt like staring back at me in the mirror. The reality is I am a bit off, and that happens! 1. I've slept awful this week. The weather shift we've had in Chicago causes migraines for me and while I wouldnt classify anything I've experienced as horrible (trust me, this is mild) its effected my sleep. 2. I've felt more stress this week. Work has been dragging with meetings in the early morning and late evening. My schedule is off. 3. Hormones. Well those just suck sometimes. I'm learning to deal with them still. 4. I've been off medication for about two weeks now and I'm feeling like I'm regulating, but it's still a process So what's the answer? If I listen to my body its telling me to SLOW DOWN and while my mind does not like that, I will. I'll deload my weight next week and see how I feel. Last night I didn’t have time to cook dinner! I knew I wanted a burger so I stopped at Jack in the Box on the way home and got a double Jack and added bacon. I told them that I didn’t want bread and they offered to wrap my burger in lettuce. I had no idea that they could wrap your burger in lettuce !! I took the wrap home and put it in my low carb tortilla shell and it was BANGING!!
