These last few days have been grand. First video is a squat PR today 365 (🎥: @_the_new_creation). Perfect day for a ride on the Harley and to train legs!! Did my regular leg workout and included videos of the calf portion of the workout except the seated calf raises, the video messed up on that one.Training my calves with these exercises 2 days a week and doing body weight calf exercises 4 days a week has put 2 inches on them in the past couple months. •Vertical leg press calf raises: 3 sets of 12- 205lbs •Leg press calf raises:3 sets of 12-360lbs •Seated calf raises: 3 sets of 12-90lbs All exercises were superset w/standing calf raises: 3 sets of 12-bodyweight 3 weeks till competition day!!
