83.8kg this morning. I'm aiming at keeping a solid weight this year from 81.5kg - 83.5. Would love to be steady 82kg but.... cake! - I know it's weird for some to focus on the scale like this but... weight categories. If it wasn't for my weight category I wouldn't weight myself at all. - These are just numbers and categories and I don't let them define me as a person. My category is called super-heavy weights 😅 (-84kg and +84kg is super-heavy weights) I've lifted 84kg and it's not that heavy. - I really don't feel super heavy or super big even. ‼️Long Post‼️ Ok friends, I am being a lot more vulnerable with this post. Showing a lot more of me with no angles, no smoke and mirrors. This is me, am I proud of letting myself fall off the wagon and gain so much weight back, no. Do I hate myself and want to loathe in self pity about it, working on that one . Even though I have gained quite a bit of weight, I’m also deadlifting almost 400lbs, squatting 300lbs and benching, well we won’t worry about bench 😂. The next 8 weeks are going to be intense. There are going to be times I want to give up. But I’m not going to. I’m done starting and stopping and starting and stopping. 2019 is going to be my mutha fucking year! So stay tuned! Let’s see what this fat little potato powerlifter can do🖤

Still building back my deadlifts. These felt real nice, 220kg/484lb x5 (also no wraps 🤙) pretty happy with my speed. In other news I now have a coach!!! Pretty excited to see how things turn out
