Bench was another lift feeling off yesterday. Hit my opener easily then failed the 2nd. CHEST WORKOUT FOR STRENGTH AND MASS by Follow @gym.lovres_ Follow @gym.lovres_ If you want to build chest size and strength at the same time, then try wave-loading. - Wave-loading consists of working up in weight and down in reps over 3 sets, then going back to the beginning and doing it all again. - On your first 3 sets, the goal is to leave 2-3 reps in the tank, and get in the groove of the movement. When you come back through for the second wave, increase your loads on each set, and aim to finish each set with 0-1 reps in the tank. Push yourself here. - In this example, we used someone whose max bench press is 190 lbs for 1 rep (1 Rep Max). The cool thing about this is that sets 1-3 will feel harder than sets 4-6 due to wave loading. On the menu: 2x3 102.5kgs Set 1 - even though they didn't look the greatest, they happened Set 2 - well, you can see for yourself...2 attempts later, but it happened🙏🏽 Especially when coach @lyndallvile_co says: "You're doing it again." You do it again. That's a new rep PB at 102.5kgs - over double bodyweight. Can't say I didn't grind and earned it tonite haha I was so full of emotion and heighten senses by the end. Massive huge thank you to my friend and coach @lyndallvile_co You know my limits; you push it. My barriers; you break thru. You also know that my music is my safety and yet my fuel to refocus. А потом снимают видео для народа, где они скачат с резинками. Не верте этим видео, чудес не бывает, большие мышцы растут от больших весов.

Massive well done to @sarah_e_marsden who's been working with me on her nutrition. Sarah took 3rd place in a stacked - 84kg class at the British Masters yesterday. Sarah over the past 10 months has cut down from 109kg to 82.8kg, and is continuing to improve her body composition whilst climbing up the competitive ladder in lower weight classes. Fantastic showing for her here, very pleased!
