Back from the dead, yay-yaaah! 🙌🏻 Tried to get a tan started today by walking around Montjuïc for 2.5 hours, since it’s been so beautiful out 😍☀️ And this was my amazingly delish breakfast 👉🏻 protein oats topped with banana, peanuts, dark chocolate and a handful of frozen bluebs 🤤 dang, that was GUHD. What a beautiful first week end of spring! And although the weather gets warmer my body didn’t have time to adapt itself and I woke up this morning with a sore throat... Yay. 🙃 Still I decided to make myself a cozy healing porridge to improve my immune system quicker! To make this porridge you’ll simply need: rolled oats, 1 mashed banana, cinnamon, cardamom, a bit of chia seeds honey and fruit and granola for the toppings! 🍯 Btw this is literally the best chocolate homemade granola ever! Nachdem ich heute schon fleißig beim Sport war gab es erstmal lecker Frühstück/Mittagessen. 😋 Es gab ein Schoko-Protein-Porridge nach dem Rezept von @fit_katha mit Milk Chocolate Whey von @ironmaxx_nutrition und mit Erdbeeren 🍓, einer Banane 🍌, Mandeln und Sojaflocken. Dazu ein Kaffee mit Milch 1,5% und Flavordrops Toffee von @got7nutrition . Die Erdbeeren mussten weg, deshalb noch ein kleines Schälchen dazu. 😋 . So. This week has been so busy with exams and everything, I actually fell asleep at 21 o’clock on Friday. Life sometimes really gets stressful and you feel like everything is out of control, you get anxious, you start to question yourself, worry about your future even though you are not sure you’ll even manage the day. Guten Morgen, ihr Lieben ☀ Es ist so wunderbar, von der Sonne geweckt zu werden und ich hoffe, ihr habt heute auch schönes Wetter. Zu diesem perfekten Start ins Wochenende gab es bei mir eine Bowl aus Haferflocken-Banane-Milch-Basi getoppt mit noch mehr Bananen, Apfel und Mandeln 😋🍎🍌💪 Dazu ein Käsebrot.
