DO YOU GET SHOULDER PAIN WHEN YOU DO PRESSING MOVEMENTS? It is quite common for people to get shoulder pain when they are performing pressing movements in the gym, specifically the bench press. Sorry to say but this is NOT NORMAL 🙅🏻‍♂️ and often leads to further injury down the track💥. 🔴Status uge 3 post-op:🔴 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔹Tidsmæ har jeg ramt en milepæl nu. Jeg må åbne donjoyskinnen til 90 graders fleksion i knæet og herfra genvinde min range of motion til og med 90 grader UDEN belastning af knæet mens det bøjer. Det er lidt ligesom at stige i level og få en ny ability!🤓🦸🏼‍♂️ 1️⃣Video: Kassen jeg sidder på skal fungere som stopklods, så jeg ikke overskrider de 90 grader. Mit venstre ben er referencepunkt for mit højre ben. Det tager tid. I starten gjorde det (fucking vanvittigt) ondt, men det er allerede bedre. Måske fordi min hjerne fandt ud af at bevægelsen ikke var så farlig🤷‍♂️🧠💡 2️⃣Video: heel raises med så stor ROM som muligt. Gastrocnemius (en del af lægmuskulaturen) hæfter over knæet og er derfor med til at stabilisere knæet udover funktion i gang, løb og spring. 3️⃣Video: en tommelfingerregel for alle med benproblematikker er, at man skal træne sin gluteus medius. Den stabiliserer bækkenet og hoften og derfor også indirekte knæet. Da jeg ikke har problemer med etbens vægtbæring kan jeg begynde at arbejde med den her “pelvic drop exercise”. Øvelsen her får sit eget opslag en af dagene🥳 🔹Nogle gange siger sundhedspersonale til skader som den her, at: “måske du aldrig vender tilbage til din sport”. Det tankevækkende er, at de nogle gange har ret. Ikke fordi det for de fleste er fysisk umuligt, for det er det ikke, men fordi folk mister modet, bliver bange og utålmodige undervejs. Min professionelle holdning til det er, at folk skal hjælpes så meget på vej som muligt programmeringsmæssigt, motivation/coachingsmæssigt og med så meget velmenende generel vejledning som muligt, så de ikke mister modet. Det er det vigtigste - at man tror på det. 🦍Min personlige holdning er ovenstående med en spiseskefuld “din tilstand er helt på eget ansvar.
