Sezon na maliny trwa pełną parą! Dlatego nie może zabraknąć ich w hurtowej ilości w mojej kuchni 🤤 pudełeczko dziennie na luzie wleci 😝 A że ja lubie malinowe nadzienia od zawsze, to postanowiłam je wykorzystać w szczytnym celu - do muffinek! 🤩 Pulchne, mięciutkie, słodziusie, a zapach wypełnił całe mileszanie 😍 Cuudo moi mili, na liście do zrobienia koniecznie!! 👇🏻 🌱 MUFFINKI OWSIANO-MALINOWE 🌱 ✔️szklanka mąki owsianej (75g) ✔️łyżka ksylitolu ✔️1/2 łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej lub proszku do pieczenia ✔️łyżka oleju kokosowego/rzepakowego ✔️2 łyżki owsa ekspandowanego (niekonieczne) ✔️90g jogurtu sojowego (5-6 lyzek) ✔️łyżka syropu daktylowego (lub innego) ✔️łyżka zmielonego siemienia lnianego zalanego 3 łyżkami gorącej wody ✔️4 łyżki wody ✔️4 łyżki malin (95g) Suche składniki mieszamy ze sobą, dodajemy syrop, weganskie jajko z siemienia, jogurt, olej, owies i wodę, mieszamy i wrzucamy maliny, delikatnie mieszając masę. Breakfast was a TREAT this morning. Bom dia, bom dia 💚 Hoje sai um bolo na caneca para começar o dia, acompanhado com maçã, manteiga de amendoim e amêndoas 👌 Assim que cheguei cá fui logo às compras, e houveram coisas que também trouxe. Assim é fácil manter os pequenos-almoços, só é mesmo preciso ter os ingredientes todos em casa ✌️ Receita mais fácil não há: Ingredientes: - 2 colheres de flocos de aveia - 1 colher de linhaça moída - 1/4 de maçã vermelha - 1 ovo Modo de preparação e confeção: - Misture todos os ingredientes numa caneca e leve ao micro-ondas cerca de 4minutos. - Sirva a gosto 😋😋 E agora vamos lá preparar para ir ao mar, que está um dia demais! 🌊🌊🌊 Põe-te na linha!
