Super easy, sugar-free and gluten-free! • • do it👉🏼 INGREDIENTS: • ▪️1 cup gluten-free oats ▪️1/2 cup cashew butter ▪️2 scoops of @vitalproteins unflavored collagen peptides ▪️1-2 tbsp granulated stevia (or maple syrup) ▪️1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ▪️1 tsp vanilla extract ▪️pinch of salt ▪️a little cinnamon • • DIRECTIONS: ▶️ Add oats to a food processor and mix until they become a flour • ▶️ Add all other ingredients and mix well ▶️ Make balls using a 1 tbsp measuring spoon (makes 22 balls) ▶️ Add sprinkles, refrigerate for about 15-30 minutes and enjoy! • ▶️ Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. • • NUTRITION FACTS per ball: • ▪️Calories: 50 ▪️Total Carbs: 4 g ▪️Fiber: 0.5 g ▪️Protein: 2 g ▪️Fat: 3 g • • (these nutrition facts don’t include the sprinkles but adding sprinkles adds around 2 calories and 0.6 g of carbs/sugar per ball so it’s pretty negligible.)

New year Resolution !! I know it’s not Jan 1st n almost stepping in to September, this post is kinda follow up / self check resolution Post 🧘‍♀️ I know u must be thinking too about ur resolutions if u had any .. and either u r smiling now cuz u made it through 👏 or may b almost there 🙌or may b u gave up long ago 😿 So it’s very important to look back to our To Do list time to time so we don’t loose the TIME 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 Time is of the essence and there are things to catch up on that could run away like a metaphorical Red Riding Hood if the wolf doesn’t get her in time (not that I am a wolf, but my goals are definitely cakes that I want to eat!). Like every person with a resolution to become more organised and more dedicated to my routine, I have had drawn up a list of things that I wanted to take care of this year - and hopefully, in the rest of my life too. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 🏃 most obvious one was my training- gym is a lifestyle, and having adopted it, I cannot let it slack. That should not be a problem considering how fascinated I am by the way my body is becoming stronger each day 💪 Competing is another aspect of training I wish to focus on so my next meet is October 26th yayyyyyy😍 ❤️🥇 Validation through medals or Instagram likes do not determine our self image, but sportsmanship will take us a long way. Hence, I am convinced that competing will only help improve me in the long run. Being a wife and a mother is a full time job! I am currently employed as the head of my household and as the mom of two beautiful kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧whom I cherish and want to see grow strong and intelligent. This summer, I didn’t take any new clients as I completely wanted to spend this time for and with my daughters. Cuz next summer they will b one year older 🙁 And few inches taller too. Oh gosh I just wanna hold onto this time and just watch them grow in slow mo 🙈😋🤩 The responsibilities that come with such a post can hardly be side-stepped; it is a rewarding challenge that I have risen up to. In my personal life I have also decided to take a step further n giving more with more passion n more efforts

¡Hola! Débora por aquí. - - Quiero compartir con ustedes la evolución de uno de mis pacientes. Esta persona acudio a mis servicios ya que queria tener una alimentación saludable, el ya tenía dentro de sus hábitos la práctica de ejercicios, pero no comía de la manera adecuada. Who fancies these blueberry lemon breakfast muffins🙋🏼‍♀️ 🍋 They’re packed full of oats, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. They’re also completely vegan, gluten and refined sugar free. - Recipe: 💙 Preheat the oven to 180C. In a mixing bowl, mix 2 tbsp milled flaxseed with 6 tbsp water and set aside for 5 minutes. 🥣 In a food processor, add 2.5 cups oats and pulse until a fine flour forms. Next, add 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 tbsp coconut sugar and 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt. Ensalada salvadora! 😬Muchas veces, en las vacaciones, visitamos lugares donde no hay muchos restaurantes para comer o son tipo barcito 🌴Encontrar opciones sin gluten es muuuy difícil 😔Acá lo más seguro es la ensalada!! Siempre avisando que tengan cuidado con la contaminación cruzada, por supuesto! ☝️Pero olvidemos la posibilidad de que haya una cocina aparte. En este lugar le pusieron toda la onda!! Muy recomendable y riquísima la ensalada 😘Además siempre es una opción re sana y fresca si hace mucho calor, ideal para luego seguir recorriendo sin sentirnos con pesadez o dar un chapuzón en el agua 🤩A tener en cuenta, la ensalada no es solo lechuga y tomate (moriremos de hambre) tiene que ser bien completa con una parte de proteína (atún, pollo, queso, jamón cocido, huevo, lentejas), otra de carbohidrato (choclo, papa, batata, quinoa, arroz), otra de fibra (verduras de varios colores) y una grasa de buena calidad (aceite, palta, aceitunas)🙌 Es la única forma de obtener energía suficiente y buena saciedad por varias horas.
