Trip to the zoo w/ my not so little man! Spent most our time checking out the reptiles.... snakes, turtles, crocs etc! Also got pretty close to a Jaguar 🐆 and she was beautiful! Today I woke up and knew it was leg day. This used to excite me, but since I tore my patellar tendon in February, I’ve dreaded leg day. I’ve worked hard to get back to where I was but it’s been really slow and I have sometimes feel I have more bad days than good. Today I didn’t think I would be able to squat at all because I woke up in pain. I did a warm up set and felt some pain so did rehab and took a break. Did another warm up set and felt better. Went progressively up because it started feeling so good and ended up with a NEW PR! Never stop working! Next stop 200+! Videos, editing, support, and motivation @m03_l15
