A few warm up/mobility exercises I do before every deadlift & squat session. Only takes 5-10 minutes of your time. Warm ups & mobility don’t need to take up a lot of time. Stretching & mobility became a part of my routine when I got my injury and it will continue to prevent any more injuries. Choose 5-10 simple mobility/dynamic exercises and do these before your session. I don’t do legs all the time, I’m just consistent with them 🌚 I’ve also started tracking my lifts, weight and reps to see the progress over the next few weeks 👀

Leg day is goin’ up on a Tuesday yet again! Hopefully my 2 rest days helped me recover from full body HIIT on Friday so I am ready to go this morning! 🙌🏼 I think one of my favorite parts about this LIIFT4 program is that it has forced me to do leg day every single week, which in the past I would skip sometimes.
