Here's a good super set to try out for legs. It's also a good balancing exercise. You get a stepping station or a bench to place one foot on. That foot should not move at all really. Your leg should stay in that stepped up position. The hard part is bringing the other leg up while keeping that leg still. Try going up and holding it for about 2 seconds, more if you can. Follow that up with wall sits for an extra burn, hold it for as long as you can. Good luck! #gym #strong #exercise #balance #legs #legday

This is my “low on caffeine” face. I’m not even sure how I walked out of the gym today. I forgot my coffee and charger to headphones but managed to power through my workout. The workouts you have to really push through physically and mentally are the ones that positively shape your fitness journey.
