Chest days are usually pretty frustrating for me because I'm trying to get stronger, but it doesn't feel like I'm making any progress when I'm struggling with the same weight. However, I refuse to give up. 145 lbs benching is the goal and I WILL get there.

The key to staying consistent with your gym sessions is to go at the time of day where you have the most energy. I haven't had an evening workout in a while and I don't like them because I'm not as energized and dont feel like I get a good workout in...
