I've never been a big juice fan. One glass of orange and my teeth feel like they're about to fall out!! But you can't NOT be inspired by those beautiful colours, no? While I follow my wheatgrass shot with some apple juice to get rid of the taste, I'm finding myself loving the dark green and am imagining where I could paint it once our house reno happens this summer (finally!). And I bet you could literally just throw wheatgrass juice on the walls, the colour is so saturated. Probably a little pricier than paint though!! While I continue to dream of the reno, I'm enjoying my carrots, beets, kale, apples, oranges, and kiwi/pear (my favourite!)

Watercress, spinach, mint, kale, asparagus, apple and oranges give a great filling juice. All ingredients were organic. I brought my juicing equipment to work and we made juice twice during the day, all the colleagues who tried absolutely loved it, one even came back to get more 😂. If I had told them before what I would put in the juice I doubt any of them would have wanted any of it but it was really nice 👍. Still have some of the organic greens left at work and I will make more tomorrow. I try to spread the word about all the health benefits juicing can bring to your body! I don’t wanna keep the knowledge I got only for myself and help others to feel better too! Have you ever tried celery juice? 🥬⁣ ⁣ I’ve been seeing people rave about the benefits of celery juice all over Instagram. I haven’t found any scientific studies about it yet, but I have heard some incredible testimonials, especially in how it can help with digestion. So I’ve been wanting to give it a go myself. Before I left for California I tried my hand at juicing a few batches of celery in our food processor and then used @elliesbest nut milk bag ( #gifted) to juice it. The process took a bit of effort (it’s a pinned story highlight if you’d like to see) but I was amazed at how effective it was! And I genuinely loved the taste of the celery juice - it was really refreshing and sweeter than I’d thought it’d be 💚⁣ ⁣ I only tried it for a few days (drinking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach), so it’s impossible really to measure any effects. But once I’m back home I am really interested in trying it out longer term. I figure no matter what happens, it can’t hurt to get in the extra nutrients and #health that celery has to offer 👌 I’d love to hear if you, or anyone you know, has had any experience trying out celery juice though!
