MAN UP MONDAY: Core Strength vs Abs Just because someone has a six pack does NOT mean they have a strong core and just because someone has a Keg belly doesnt mean they dont. Abs are a diet/body fat visual attribute that some people who dont even exercise just have because of genetics. Core strength is EARNED by doing either compound lifts or exercises like this that you may usually do in a seated position with support. Instead take the support out the equation and force your body aka your core to support itself to perform the exercise.
