LE MEILLEUR EXERCICE POUR L'ARRIÈRE D'ÉPAULE ? . . Il s'agit pour moi de l'oiseau à la poulie, réalisé de manière unilatérale. . . Réaliser l'exercice un bras à la fois ainsi que l'utilisation de la poulie plutôt que des haltères me permet de chercher un étirement qu'on ne retrouve habituellement pas sur les autres versions de cet exercice. . . Lorsque l'on sait que le facteur de croissance musculaire le plus important est la tension d'étirement, on ne crache pas dessus ! . . La poulie offre de plus une résistance plus douce que les charge libres, ce qui particulièrement appréciable pour une articulation fragile comme celle de l'épaule. . . Comme d'habitude, je prévéligie des séries plutôt longues sur ce genre d'exercice, en incluant du rest-pause afin de pouvoir prolonger mon effort. . .
