But I have selected to be your Mentor. I want to make sure you simply nutrient up. Which means getting all your vitamins and minerals each day. Get your 2 fruit and 5 veg on. Why have I selected to commit to these posts each day. I have been in a health struggle for the last 2 years. The main cause was not giving my body what it needed each day. Every time I'm having a bad moment in a day where I catch myself complaining, if I stop and start listing off what I'm grateful for my mood will improve. This happens without fail. Since being made redundant in March, I still haven't found a job as it's hard to find part time work in my profession. I needed to find something as well as cleaning to help clear my mind plus to keep me focused, also to help keep my body and mind healthy. So I decided to take up running. This was my 3rd time running. I'm not a fit person and cant remember the last time I went to the gym. I loved every minute.
