La leche es buena para la salud de los bebés, gracias a que contribuye a su crecimiento. Sin embargo este alimento, básico en la primera infancia, no resulta adecuado para la nutrición de un organismo adulto. Según la Sociedad Española de Patología Digestiva (SEPD), más que el 30% de la población española es intolerante a la lactosa. De esta forma las leches vegetales se ha convertido en una alternativa real y de excelente calidad a la leche de origen animal. Generalmente bajas en grasa y ricas en vitaminas y minerales, facilitan la digestión y favorecen la pérdida de peso. • Leche de oleaginosas Se obtiene a partir de almendras, avellanas, nueces, coco, pacanas y anacardos, entre otros frutos secos. Se caracterizan por ser muy ricas en proteínas, ácidos grasos insaturados, hierro y calcio. Como ejemplos podemos valorar a la leche de almendras, que facilita la digestión y reduce el colesterol, y a la leche de coco, capaz de fortalecer los huesos y reducir la hipertensión. • Leche de leguminosas Se trata de bebidas derivadas de legumbres como la soja, los guisantes, los garbanzos y las alubias. Destacan por ser excelentes fuentes de calcio, hierro y magnesio. La leche de soja contiene un alto porcentaje de proteínas, y ayuda a prevenir el cáncer de mama y a reducir el riesgo de paro cardíaco. El consumo de leche de garbanzos consigue evitar la anemia y el estreñimiento. • Leche de cereales Elaborada con alimentos tan importantes como el arroz, la quinoa, el trigo y la avena, entre otros cereales, esta clase de bebidas muestra una gran riqueza en fibra, vitaminas y minerales, como hierro y calcio. La leche de avena, por ejemplo, aumenta la sensación de saciedad y previene la diabetes. SUNDAY BREAKFAST 🥑🍞🍳, sûrement l’un de mes favoris juste parce que ça fait du bien de se lever, de prendre le temps de se préparer un bon petit déjeuner et bien sûr de prendre le temps de le déguster 😋. Ce matin j’ai opté mon des avocado toats ! Rien de plus simple, j’ai fais grillé du pain complet 3 céréales 🌾, je l’ai tartiné d’un mélange avocat et citron et j’ai mis par dessus 2 œufs un peu mollet (parce que quand le jaune coule, toi même tu sais que c’est bien meilleur 🤓). February? it actually feels like April right now ☀️ after a short break I’m back - I really needed a little time for myself to process everything that has been happenening lately. it’s definitely not easy to see a loved one suffer so much. I know everybody deals with these kind of situations differently but I’ve always been a highly emotional person. when I’m sad, I’m sad. I cry. I don’t want to sleep. I don’t want to eat. but I’m working on it & I know that being an emotional wreck certainly doesn’t help my mom heal in any way. it’s important to take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else. I’m so incredibly thankful for all the support I’m getting from friends & family - you know who you are. thank you so much for being there for me. 💛
