Love this so much! @xenstrength I came across this post and I seriously couldn't have written it better myself. . After sooooo many countless years of constantly worrying about what I ate or having to exercise and "delete" those eaten calories. . I just don't care so much anymore. . I mean, I'm not about to go and eat ice cream and pizza every night, although that would be awesome, I'm just at a point where those extra 5-10 pounds aren't worth missing out on the celebrations and the memories and, my god, just the taste of chocolate chip mint ice cream on a hot summer night. . Or Sunday morning French Toast. . Or Friday night pizza. . Or cake at a birthday party. . Or the perfect margarita at sunset. . I used to order everything with no oil, exercise like a nut while on vacation, and not go out with friends because I didn't want to eat crap or drink too many calories. .
