#lalaweighsin Let’s real talk for a minute. I haven’t posted my weigh ins for a few weeks. I’ve hovered right around the same weight, sometimes a little up, sometimes a little down. I’ve been complaining to myself that I’m in a plateau. But the truth is, I’ve been stressed and not tracking every BLT I take. I’ve been snacking past 8pm (my usual cutoff time). I’ve been inconsistent with my water (although much better this week). Basically, I haven’t been giving it my all. So this week, I’m gonna try the Wendie plan (which calculates a distribution of your weeklies to boost your metabolism). I get 37sp a day and 42 weeklies, swipe to see how the breakdown looks for my week on the Wendie plan. I like new plans. They feel exciting and motivating to me. I’ll do it for a week, along with hitting at least 96oz of water, maybe a couple of at home yoga or fitness Marshall sessions, and reassess next Saturday. Because the truth is, I need to get my ish together if I wanna see results again. Accountability! Getting geared up for prep I decided to log my daily activity to see what I am accomplishing. Time to increase the cardio and decrease the sugar intake.
