А вы знали, что занятие фитнесом без желания - это тоже стресс? Заниматься фитнесом важно по желанию. Today's check in sitting at 56.5kg Had a terrible couple of weeks of binge /restrict due to a shoulder injury which left me stressed to death. So lots of cellulite, a looser waist and back over hang. But I'm embracing it 🙌...Taking baby steps now, it's not a race to the stage... I remember having this conversation with somebody a long time ago.. And she said the stage is always there... And it is! Rushing just creates stress and unhealthy habits. Very glad I have a coach who can understand and doesent leave you a stray when your not performing.. They help you perform. Also loving my new bikini from @missbikinifitnessxo 😍

Late Breakfast/Brunch! My first waffle stack and it was yummy! 2 #synfree Waffles 🧇 made using 40g Blitzed Oats (B), 1 egg, 2 heaped tbsp Fage 0%, 3/4 tbsp sweetener (I used Natvia Granulated), 3/4 tsp Baking Powder and a tsp Vanilla essence - all whisked up and left to stand for 15 mins. Popped in a silicone mould in the oven for 20 mins 😋😋😋. Served with some strawbs, blueberries, half a banana and a tbsp @skinnyfoodco Caramel Syrup (0.5).
