Look at how hard my #vasawestjordan PowerFlex class works, especially doing 4 sets x 8 reps of push-ups with a back row. 🥵 I think we’re learning that we’re stronger than we give ourselves credit for.💪🏻 You can do these on knees and even without weights until you get stronger. Start with the right form and you’ll get there. . . . ❓What’s the right form? . •Start in plank: Neutral, straight spine. Hands a bit wider than shoulders. Feet wide. •Push-up: lower your chest to the floor, not nose. Keep neck in neutral alignment with spine. Press up without letting back sway or bum stick up. •Row: keep shoulders and hips square to floor while raising one weight toward your shoulder, elbow straight up. •Lower weight to floor and repeat with the other arm. . . keep #pushing.
