Chloe started training with me 6 weeks ago and had her first review today. She has well and truly SMASHED IT. - - She's lost 11lbs and a total of 48cm off her body!!! - - Chloe has worked very hard in these first 6 weeks and it's incredible to see how much she's changed physically and mentally in such a short time! She's trains twice a week with me and puts 100% effort in everytime & we have the funniest conversations 😂😂 - - She's now in a regular routine of attending the gym and eating healthily. She wakes up feeling so much more energised and sleep is no longer an issue. She doesn't crave lots of bad foods anymore and her overall energy, particularly at work has improved massively. Her posture has improved lots too! - - Her portion sizes have decreased, She eats tons more veg and fruit and is 100% happy with her progress so far and is mega excited for the next 6 weeks!
