Quick lil compromise workout on this afternoon! i rally wanted to sit and watch Netflix before going to work (at the gym) instead of working out. Instead of just sitting i decided to switch up days and do the arm and back workout ( week 2, day 3) while watching Netflix In my room 💪🏼 also definitely didn’t eat too healthy this weekend, but i ate in moderation so my weight is only up 1 lb. CHEST TRICEP SHOULDER WORK💫 • • I’m not gonna lie, chest is my favorite muscle to work out. I always had a fat chest but I am so proud of myself to be able to look in the mirror and see my chest evolving day after day. • • First Exercise 💫- Decline Dumbbell bench Press 3 sets of 10 Make sure to come all the way down to get the full stretch of your chest. Second Exercise 💫- X Cable Crossover I did this exercise as a superset from bench press to the cable crossover. I did 3-4 sets until failure! Make sure you stretch that muscle out for maximum tension. • • Third Exercise 💫- Dips This exercise is great for the lower chest just make sure you pop your chest out and lean forward slightly. • • Fourth Exercise 💫- Hi to Low Cable Crossover I also did this with dips as a superset. Immediately after I finished doing dips I went to the cable crossover. The key is to stretch the muscle out and squeeze it as hard as possible. (not filmed) • • Fifth Exercise 💫- Tricep pulldown 3-4 sets of 10 on each arm • • Sixth Exercise 💫- Overhead press 3-4 sets of 10-12 • • Sixth Exercise💫- Push-ups I superset the overhead press with push ups. Workout 146 - 2019 Personal trainer session tonight with @eleanor.sissons @bates_body_factory always a good cardio functional warmup to get the heart rate up and the blood flowing, although a few too many squat thrusts for my liking.
