Being a massive music enthusiast, the news of his death came as a massive shock last year. The young swedish DJ/ producer was a musical genius that made one hit after another! . MAJOR NSV TODAY YALL! I have NEVER been a runner but this last year I decided I should be able to at least run a little, especially for softball. Well I hadn’t even attempted running in at least 6 months if not more but today (after a good back and biceps session) I decided to do 20 minutes of on/off 2 minutes speed walk and 2 minutes running... I started running at 5.2mph and by the last round I was running at 6mph AND I DIDNT WANNA DIE!!! and by the time all was said and done I wasn’t in any pain and felt like I could have kept going if I wasn’t in a time crunch. I couldn’t believe that my body had the endurance, stamina, and strength to run so easily. It might seem minimal to people who love running but this is HUGE for me.
