Roughly 70% of your daily hormone secretion comes whilst you’re sleeping, not only optimising health but also potentially enhancing performance.💪 ➖➖➖ Despite this, most studies have found that athletes fail to obtain the recommended amount of sleep, threatening both performance and health. Athletes face a number of obstacles that can reduce the likelihood of obtaining proper sleep, such as training and competition schedules, travel, stress, academic demands, and overtraining. Typically, for a bodybuilder's purpose, getting about 7-10 hours of sleep is sufficient. However, 40% of your sleep should be a deep sleep. I’m often asked how do I incorporate a deadbug into a workout?‬ This is where your creativity comes in. Build off of the basic deadbug prepping for the goal of the training session. Intent is key. Always start basic but explore the corners. . Knowing most of us sit at a desk for 8 hours a day then told to be on the gym floor training, I would side with those hips could probably benefit from deadbugs. They are not the primary movement of any session I instruct, they are an activation type movement for a “warm-up” or used during rest periods when I’m looking to keep activity constant or a heart rate elevated. Easy to coach, easy to understand, effective at minimal doses. I’m not sure why they are so overlooked. . These are easily some of my favorite deadbug variations simply using your bodyweight for control. To progress further, use a band wrapped around the foot that can load hip flexion and actively challenge anterior flexion while pulling the band into extension. . It’s crazy we overlook something we see in the mirror everyday. Now go and strengthen that anterior core. 💪🏼

Endlich mal wieder Zeit gehabt und vor allem Lust Bilder zu machen. Es stand zwar heute Brust auf dem Plan aber ein Rücken kann immer entzücken 😍👌Diät läuft, wenn auch zu langsam aber man wird da schnell ungeduldig 😂 dennoch aktuell 71.5 kg und es wird langsam wieder weg vom Speck. Obwohl ich immer noch fast so hoch wie breit bin fühle ich mich wieder wohler in meiner Haut, aber das viele Essen fehlt. Ich kann essen und zwar richtig aber diäten fällt mir schwer, zumindest zu Beginn.
