Who else finds tricep push ups bloody hard? 🙋‍♀️ . Feels like I've been practising these forever 🤦‍♀️ today i finally got 3 full sets of 10 👊👍 . When I first started I struggled to do 1, I started about 4 steps up on my staircase then moved to the lower step when I could proform 20 comfortably. I then moved to the floor but could still only manage around 4, a few months later and I've got to this point 😁 . Sometimes its easy to not bother when something is difficult, its easy to stick to exercises we enjoy and can do comfortably🤗. . But are we going to get those changes we really want by doing the same comfortable routine?🤔 No we aren't!!! . Push your boundaries, try new things and if at first you fail, dust yourself and try again 😜 . It won't happen over night but with hard work it will happen at some point.
