HIIT. 36 mins split into 6 sessions, thus 6 mins per session. 1 session has 2 workout routines (I created myself), which are (involve all muscles) weighted lunges, kettlebell swing, push-ups, mountain climber, air bike, skierg, battle rope, etc. . ¤.. . 6-min session => 1st min - 1st routine, 2nd min 2nd routine, then rest for 1 min, repeat 2 times. In total, I've to create 12 type of workout. . ¤.. . Ended my session with 9 mins on treadmill. I do sprint and walk. Maximum effort of sprint, followed by maximum recovery (walk), repeat for 9 mins.
