Mi bizcocho de desayuno de (casi) siempre. 150/200gr claras a punto de nieve 30/40gr harina de avena 4 minutos al microondas El punto del bizcocho va a depender principalmente de: grosor de la harina (cuanto más fina, más esponjoso), punto de las claras (tienen que estar bien montadas, mínimo 3 minutos con las varillas), potencia del microondas (para que quede esponjoso, a máxima potencia para que se haga rápido). El siropees el de chocolate de prozis, para mi, el mejor sin duda (o más bien, el único que merece la pena!) So training has been feeling kinda MEH lately. I've decided to take things back to the basics. Simple push day... Pick a main exercise (I used Fiat DB bench)... Work up to a hard 5... And then back it down 20% and got up 3 x 8 - 12 for volume. I then tried done plyo pushups...
