Mới ngày nào mới vào lớp 10 mà giờ đã chuẩn bị thi ĐH :(( Một số bánh sinh nhật năm lớp 10 mà t chụp được Ảnh 1 hình như là chiếc bánh đầu tiên của năm lớp 10. Bánh của những đứa tháng sinh 9,10 gì đấy. Vì kinh tế không cho phép nên đến tháng sinh nhật của mình thì chuyện được tổ chức sinh nhật đã trở thành thứ xa xỉ, bị lãng quên 🤣 Bánh thứ 2 là bánh của thầy cô thực tập cô Ánh với thầy Anh. Cô Ánh thi thoảng cô về chơi với chúng em nha cô ưi Thực sự luôn ý sau khi cắt bánh xong đi lấy đĩa lấy thìa thì quay ra quay vào còn mỗi một ít kem sương sương :(( May ăn được một cái kẹo dẻo xinh xắn sương sương Còn bánh cuối cùng là bánh của cô thực tập lượt 2 BTW, đây là acc t sẽ post những về cuộc sống xung quanh nhaaaaaa chị em bạn dì ưi 🖤

In @whistlerblackcomb there are four meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner and Après. Today we Après’d. After everyone finished their bike rides we went to @palmersgallery on @whistlergolf and enjoyed happy hour cocktails with food and I had the West Coast Club. Totally not what I expected and so totally surprised. Very much like a lobster roll but with smashed avocado, tiger prawn and crab salad all topped with fresh micro greens. I absolutely loved this and the view. And then, we walked onto @araxirestaurant for happy hour because I needed to try their Firecracker Margarita. A must have with Tequila blanco, Cointreau, hibiscus, basil jalapeno, lime, smoked sea salt rim. So good we all had one. If we had more energy we would have moved on but now we’re munching on snacks, sipping wine and watching Stranger Things. If you live anywhere near North County and haven’t tried the @SeasideMarket Burgundy Pepper Tri Tip ( #cardiffcrack to those in the know) you are missing out. I’ve been buying it for a few years and it’s always been delicious. 😋 I was driving past today when I noticed a tent with a sign for a Weekend BBQ and they were making Burgundy Pepper Tri Tip sandwiches. I immediately stopped the car and grabbed sandwiches for us. I’m not sure if this will be a regular thing (please, please let it be 🙏) but if it’s not, the Weekend BBQ will be on again tomorrow from 11am - 7pm. Go grab a sandwich ... and the Brussels sprouts with banana peppers and olives was DELICIOUS too. #seasidemarket #tritip

#Repost @edafata • • • • • Bread and butter pudfing for tea (Recipe from Mary Berry’s Baking Bible) (Scroll back on my previous post for recipe in English) Bread and Butter Pudding 180 g butter yang telah dicairkan 250g kismis (boleh dikurangkan) 75g gula kastor Kulit lemon yang diparut dari sebiji lemon 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk “mixed spice” 16 keping atau lebih roti sandwich putih (dibuang kulit) 3 biji telur bersaiz besar 600 ml susu segar 2 -3 sudu besar gula perang (untuk ditabur) Cara-cara : 1. Gris loyang bersaiz 7 x 9 inci dengan sedikit butter. 2. Timbang kismis, gula kastor, parutan kulit lemon dan “mixed spice” atau serbuk rempah campuran ke dalam mangkuk dan asingkan. 3. Potong setiap keping roti kepada 3 keratan memanjang. 4. Celupkan setiap kepingan roti ke dalam butter yang telah dicairkan tadi (pada sebelah bahagian sahaja). Susun bermula dengan bahagian dasar loyang dan susun dengan bahagian yang dicelup butter menghadap bahagian bawah loyang. 5. Tabur dengan campuran kismis tadi ke atas roti . Ulang proses ini semula dengan menyusun lagi roti yang telah dicelup butter, bahagian yangvdicelup butter ke arah atas dan tabur dengan lebihan campuran kismis . Susun sekali lagi lebihan roti tadi dengan bahagian yang dicelup butter menghadap ke arah atas hingga menutup semua bahagian loyang. 6. Pukul telur dan susu dan tuang ke atas puding. 7. Tabur dengan gula perang dan biarkan adunan selama 1/2 jam hingga 1 jam. 8. Bakar di dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 180 d celcius selama lebih kurang 40 mint atau sehingga bahagian atas puding keperangan dan nampak rangup. Puding pada mulanya akan mengembang dan kemudian mengecut semula apabila dikeluarkan dari oven. Tips : Puding boleh disediakan terlebih awal dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk hingga ke 6 jam sebelum dibakar. Jangan taburkan gula perang terlalu awal. Paling lama hanya sejam sebelum dibakar.
