Video taken yesterday ! - took a much needed rest day to have some friends ever and eat some yummy food!😋 even after lifting for months I still can’t do a proper push up. I am able to do plenty on my knees but it’s still challenging to do a regular one. I’ve been training my core a lot more and using this bosu ball for my push ups definitely makes me engage that core! This was me third time doing push ups that day and after a day full of chest the day before. So I was really sore and struggling towards the end. Especially with trying to keep the bosu ball steady but it all takes practice! I can’t wait to look back on this video when I can easily bang out 20 push ups that aren’t on my knees 😂 But I still wanted to practice because I’m determined to do a push up!! Progressive overload come to mind? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔥I would record and critique my own form to the tiniest detail. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ . ⠀⠀⠀ Time is too valuable to be chasing a goal you're not on the right path to reach. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Train right for 1 year and make more progress than those who have trained wrong for 5🤷‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Got a year?
