Pues imagínense un desayuno súper cremoso sabor limonada de coco🤤 En serio tienen que hacer esta receta! . . Necesitan: 1/2 taza de avena en hojuelas 1/2 taza de crema de coco 1/2 taza de leche vegetal (uso la de coco de @milsmilk ) 2 cucharadas de agave o stevia o cualquier endulzante al gusto 1 cucharada de linaza molida 2 cucharadas de coco rallado El jugo de 1/2 limón y su ralladura . PREPERACIÓN: -Dejan reposando toda la noche la avena con la crema y la leche de coco y al día siguiente disfrutan! Keto breakfast or brunch recipe. Spinach and egg for weight loss. * A packet of fresh baby spinach leaves * 1/2 medium red onions * 4 eggs * 2 tbsp olive oil * pinch salt and black pepper for seasoning * cheese optional * red pepper flakes Preparation: put oil in a non stick fry pan. Let heat up and sauté diced onions for 1 minute, add in spinach and stir for 3 minutes, add salt and pepper. Break eggs into pan with spinach, let to cook for 2 minutes then gently stir. Let me tell you how cozy this Fall soup is 🍂 Butternut, sweet potato, carrot soup to be exact 🍁 . Only 9 ngredients in this whole recipe & I promise it’s one of the top three best things I have ever made! . Recipe {makes 6 servings} 1 lb bag whole carrots 1/2 yellow onion 3 tbsp chopped garlic 1/2 large sweet potato 1 butternut squash 2 c chicken stock 1 c whole milk 1 tbsp mustard powder 1/2 tbsp salt . Directions 🍂 Bake sweet potato & squash in oven on 350 until extremely tender - remove skin from both. 🍂 In a large pot, boil onion + garlic + carrot + carrot + broth in on stove top on simmer until soft. 🍂 Allow for all ingredients to cool to room temperature. You know what sounds good to me this time of year????...a Roasted Squash Lasagne Boat. I made this recipe a few weeks ago when a friend came over for dinner and we both enjoyed it so much! I really love to preparing a good marinara sauce but adding all the lasagne fixins’ makes it even better. Easy Chickpea Burger 🍔🍽 Drain 300 g of cooked chickpeas (can be canned),keep 2 tablespoons of liquid to add later . Then mix in a crusher, not necessarily for a perfectly smooth consistency, small pieces of chickpeas may remain. Add chickpea liquid, 1 egg, 1 glove of grated garlic, 3 tablespoons of flour (e.g. from chickpeas, corn, wheat), 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, salt, pepper, cumin and tahini if used. Veg protein. Tasty sprouts....no way!! 1. Soak and sprout your favourite lentils. I used green gram and chickpeas. 2. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and turmeric. (I added raw turmeric) 3. Coarsely grind, add salt and lemon juice. Leave for a few minutes for the sprouts to release the water. 4. Grind the batter to a thick consistency. Add warm water as needed. (Tip) Always boil water and clean the pan to remove the residual fat from the last cook. 5. Add butter(any oil for vegans) to the pan. Make a pancake and cover the lid. Keep on low flame. 6. Once the lid accumulates water droplets, flip the pancake and cover again. Keep on low flame for a minute. 7. On high flame, add butter and crisp both sides.
