Finished my workout by 5:30am 💕🖤🙌🏻 Another long, busy day today with working both jobs! I loved how it felt last week not having to hit the gym in the short time I have between working, so I got my butt there this morning instead! I got up with D and we pulled out of the driveway together, it was actually so nice and I definitely want to try and make it a habit! Now that I’ve gotten into the habit of getting to the gym in general, I’m going to work on the habit of getting there at 4:30am on days I work early!! 🏃🏼‍♀️👌🏻 #wwambassador

Blueberry baked oatmeal (makes 8 servings) . 3.5 cups oats 1 tbsp cinnamon pinch salt 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup coconut sugar 3 cups Provamel Almond Unsweetened drink 2 tbsp almond butter 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup blueberries 1/2 cup almond flakes . 1. Preheat oven to 180•c and lightly grease a medium sized baking dish. 2. Add oats, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and coconut sugar to a large bowl and mix together. 3. Add Almond drink, almond butter, chia seeds and vanilla to a blender and process until fully combined. 4. Stir all wet ingredients into the dry mix and pour into your baking dish. Stir through blueberries, reserving a few for the top. Smooth out with the back of a spoon and top with almond flakes and remaining blueberries. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set. This past week has been pretty incredible in working on and achieving some personal goals. I quit smoking, I fit back into a jean size that's one away from my goal, I got to meet and fall in love with my friend Jade's @jadeeeyd new adopted pupper, Pippen, and love on my furchild and furnephew. Scrolling through some pictures and realize I'm wearing the same uniform. The pictures are just 6 months apart. I remember the me on the left . It breaks my heart how there's no life in my eyes I was feeling horrible nearly digging my grave daily. I woke up one morning and said enough was enough. I didn't know how , who or what to do. I had no nutrition expertise I had no Exercise experience. So I just committed to walking 4 minutes A-day because that was all I was capable of doing at that Time. So glad I took the 1st step. Phase 2 day 2 - cardio core. I am just so low energy right now, I think with starting the next level of a program and leftover aches from the weekend when I did my 5k and worked in the allotment is getting to me.
