Already putting in the work for the classic physique devision. I'm going to bring a whole new package & blow the others out of the water. Its not always about having a great physique but being able to show it off properly to the crowd's. Posing is a massive part of bodybuilding. Someone could have a better physique than me but not show it to their full potential with the posing, then i beat them. I constantly practice the classic posing and the dynamics and fluidity of the poses. That is why the fairly new classic devision has inspired me more. I'm not into the massive mass monsters now a days with little balance and proportions. Bodybuilding in my eyes is the movement of the posing & making it look artistic and not just solid muscles being squeezed. I like the great classic bodybuilders such as the iconic Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, Franco Colombo, serge Nubret, Ed Corney & Samir Bannout. As we aim to improve, we tend to gauge our progress by comparing ourselves to others.  Many become discouraged in their development by trying to meet someone else’s goals.  While competition can be very useful tool for self-improvement, focusing only on trying to measure up to others makes us susceptible to unnecessary frustration, stress, and resentment. Our progress should be measured only against the person we were when we began.  Although it is healthy to find motivation in trying to be better than those around us, gains are gains regardless of size, time, or weight.  A second faster today is better than a second slower yesterday.  Pushing ahead by an inch or a mile is still pushing further head.  Being stronger by five pounds or fifty pounds is of no consequence.  And while being the best certainly feels great, it will always be more important to beat yourself than it is to beat others. Don’t overlook your progress by focusing on someone else’s results.  Competition may be a great tool, but it is not the only measure of success.  There is always going to be someone bigger, faster, stronger, and smarter.  We must ensure our goals are tailored to our own performance rather than that of someone else.  Aspire to improve one rep and one attempt at a time.  Real improvement is about being better than the person we were yesterday, not about being as good as the next guy.
