Chris' new 1RM Clean and Jerk!! Chris started doing one on one sessions with me so that he could work on his technique. As he felt overwhelmed by the variety of movements in the CrossFit classes and just wasnt getting them. This by all means is not the prettiest clean and Jerk. However, Chris was keen to test out his new skills in class. Safe to say 70kg was pretty easy 👍💪💪
