No te asustes con las repeticiones porque este esquema ya debería resultarte familiar y tenerlo asociado a wods de duración media. Mais toujours pas de collation dans la matinée puisque réveil vers 7h30. ✌🏼 . Petit dej 👉🏼 morniiiing porridge à la banane, farine de coco et graines de chia. 🙊 En topping alpro coco, le reste de la banane, du Milka caramel et des grués de cacao amer. 🤩 (564 kcals 📊). . Ce midi (retour de training) 👉🏼 des pâtes à l’amande (ramené de Sicile), un poivrons grillé au four, pousse d’épinards, betterave cru, tofu rosso, et pour la sauce yaourt au lait de chèvre 0% + jaune d’œuf. 🐽 Juste un café latte pour finir, plus faim. ☕️ (629 kcals 📊). .
