I made my own Chia Pudding for the first time and it was so good!!!! I mixed 2/3 of a cup of vanilla soy milk and 2 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours. Then when it was nice and thick, I added some thawed blueberries, strawberries, and mangoes.
