Muchas veces nos pasa que estamos fuera de casa, nos invitan a un compromiso y no sabemos qué comer 🤷‍♂🤷‍♀. Por eso decidí ir a varios restaurantes, con diferentes tipos de comida y pedir lo que se puede adaptar a un plan de alimentación.👌 Desliza para ver en cada foto 📸, los restaurantes. Te dejo la información de cada uno aquí: . Alitas (Foto 2 y 3) 🍗 ▪ Puedes pedir unas boneless sin empanizar (salsa aparte). Acompaña con: apio y baby carrots 🥕 (Ojo: no lo encuentras en la carta, haz pedido especial). ▪ Cerveza🍺: ultra (menos de 100 kcal)…NO ABUSES o cambia por: rusa de agua mineral. ▪ Otra opción: totopos con guacamole. 🥑 . Sushi (Foto 4) 🍣🥢 ▪Rollos naturales sin capear, empanizados y sin aderezos. (Ej. California de camarón, surimi, salmón, atún, vegetariano (con o sin alga). Evita los envueltos de aguacate, philadelphia, etc. ▪ Teppanyaki de res🥩, camarón🍤, cerdo🍖, etc. o con tofu asado (toque de soya, bajo en sodio). ▪ Otra opción: ½ de orden de teppanyaki + 1 cono California (conos = menos arroz), o pide ½ orden de rollo de california. ▪ Evita salsas de anguila (mucha azúcar), aderezos, etc. .
