Great Tabata workout today @freedomfitnessbootcamps 🤙🏼 these style of workouts are intense short 20 second intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest! Perfect if you are short on time and want to elevate your heart rate, increase your fitness, burn some calories, raise your fat burning metabolism, get a good sweat on 🥵💦 aim for 10 rounds, have 1 minute off then repeat 6 times 😜 everybody’s got a spare 30 minutes a day!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
