💥HOW TO STOP OVEREATING💥 - 💯 Although I know most of you don't follow me for body composition or fat loss advice, I know plenty of you like to live healthy lifestyles, so I thought you would appreciate this post! - 👏🏼 Thanks to @cartergood for this one: - Overeating isn't the end of the world - You can ALWAYS get back on track - There has to be consistency, though… - Occasionally eating more than planned is no big deal. But, if you’re trying to lose weight and you're regularly overeating, it’ll negatively impact your results - Which brings us to these four strategies. Take them seriously, and I guarantee they’ll help you significantly decrease how often you're overeating - 1️⃣ Strategy 1 - keep overly tempting foods out of the house 🏡 - It's totally okay to have "fun" foods in moderation! - But if there are specific foods you struggle to control, you're better off keeping them OUT of your environment - This way, you won't have to spend the whole day fighting & resisting the urge to scarf-down, slurp-up, or shovel-in-your-face with whatever's tempting you - 2️⃣ Strategy 2 - Wait 15-20 minutes before eating ⏱ - This’ll help you figure out if what you are feeling is physical hunger or just short-term boredom - Make a deal with yourself —> if you still want the food in question after waiting 15-20 mins, have it - If you're bored, you’ll probably find that your desire for the food lessens or disappears after 5-10 mins - 3️⃣ Strategy 3 - Plan your meals ahead time 📝 - Two benefits here: - One is that you know exactly what you're eating, which decreases the number of food-related decisions you’re making throughout the day - The second is that it lets you plan fun foods into your day. For everyone who asked what I do outside of Pilates, Here is the answer. I mainly train myself with what I teach; Pilates, Barre and lots of Stretch afterwards however for a good sweat, to add cardiovascular exercise and for weight management I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) these days. It definitely works. Here is a great example of this. 👈Swipe left for the entire workout. ✅5 exercises, 30 secs work, 15 secs rest. ✅You need to repeat it 3/4times so in total 3/4 sets and 1 minute rest between sets. ♥️Try, save and show some love by hitting the little heart. Share with your friends wh’d try this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pilates dışında ne yaptığımı soran herkes için cevap, Genel olarak kendim icin de öğrettiğim disiplinleri kullanıyorum; Pilates, Barre ve sonrasında bolca esnetme. Ancak iyi bir terleme, kardiyovasküler egzersiz ve kilo kontrolü için tercihim HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Gerçekten işe yarıyor. Burada iyi bir örnek paylaşmaya çalıştım. 👈Tüm çalışma için sola kaydırın. ✅Toplam 5 egzersiz, 30 saniye çalışma, 15 saniye dinlenme. ✅3/4 defa tüm seriyi tekrar etmelisiniz.
