Vilka förändringar kan du åstadkomma med 5 veckors Rivstart? William Hurtig visade en fantastisk karaktär under sina 5 veckor vilket gav ett strålande resultat. Även om vågen visade -9kg så lyckades han även få mer volym. Vad vågen visar är inte det primära utan huvudfokus ligger på att förbättra deltagarnas fysiska status men även jobba med den mentala biten. Ändra tankemönster kring träning och kost! Rivstart Sverige tackar William för sitt deltagande och den seriositet han visade under hela programmet. @whurtig
