I'm seriously crying. I don't even know what to say. I've had years of fear that I was going to lose my parents. Many hospital visits, many shitty doctors' advice, many times they couldn't spend time with us because they felt horrible.▪️ _ I remember when I was pregnant with Everly (2016), I got a call from my dad while I was at work that my mom was in the hospital. They thought she had a heart attact. I ran out my classroom crying and my AP happened to be right outside my room. I just told him I need to leave. That moment is etched into my mind forever. Now as I write this I can't help by cry. I feared she would never meet her grandchild that was in my belly.▪️ _ This is so much more than looking good. It's about completely changing your life to live better and stronger.

Here’s the thing, when it comes to total daily protein intake, your body will utilise all of the protein you ingest. Although it may be slightly more beneficial to increase the frequency of your protein feedings, your focus still needs to be on total daily intake. . If you practice intermittent fasting you may have 2 meals of 80g+ of protein, whereas if you eat more frequently, you may have 6 meals of 30g+ of protein. As I mentioned above, there isn’t enough evidence to suggest either is inherently better, once you equate total daily protein intake. . So, eat as you may, but just focus on getting 0.8-1.2g of protein per lb of bodyweight every single day and you’ll be fine! I’ve had this @officialbetterbodies cropped shirt for a few months now and have never worn it. I always felt too cushiony in the middle to wear it but this morning I thought... screw it. I’m wearing it.🤷🏼‍♀️ So, I walk into the gym and check in. I also brought my @sweetsweat belt because I was only doing cardio today. The girl at the desk (maybe 17 years old) stops me and asks me if I have another shirt. 🙄😑 I said, nope but I’m wearing this and hold up the belt. She says oh ok! And I walk away.... Granted... it may be a bit short for PF BUT, I have seen girls/women in this gym wearing sports bras as tops. 😤 I’ll follow rules (kinda sorta) but just make they apply to everyone.... even the old ladies trying to look cute doing cardio too. 😆😂
