So this is a workout I created for myself a few weeks back and I realized rhat I have been doing a lot of workouts like this on my days when I'm not working because it is quick, it makes me sweat, and I know I'm burning calories like crazy in a short time!!! . . Try this fat blaster next time you're at the gym! I can assure you that you definitely will need a change of clothes afterward! . . 🔸️Lunge walk with single arm db press: make sure your knees do not go over your toes when you lunge. Alternate sides when you turn around to lunge back the opposite direction. . . 🔸️Inchworm + X-mountain climber + jump: Take your time doing this amazing combo but you're doing it for both directions (back and forth, oh yea the burn will be real) 🤪 . . 🔸️Jumps: The most basic plyometric/power move that literally works so many muscle groups!
