In school playing sports i always had big arms i hated it but then when i stopped playing sports i got fat ,got diabetes and fell into depression for years! But then God came to me and told me love myself! Next thing you know I'm working on my mental,self-esteem and coping mechanisms! Hi 💓 if you’re new here, I’m Juju. I look moody a lot in pics but I promise I’m not (most of the time) 🤣 I started working out at 16 to lose weight. Along the way working out became so much more than that. I exercise to feel happy, powerful, confident, accomplished, strong. It makes me feel GOOD.
