Solo una parola: ORO Il più giovane dei miei campioni di #benchpress del @gruppo_pesisti Nicola Paolone ci regala una seconda prova che vale l’oro e record sub junior kg121. Quando la Rieduca Posturale Globale non solo fa bene ma fa vincere!!! Nicola pratica le autoposture dello stretching globale attivo SGA quotidianamente durante l’allenamento. Ieri mi chiede un consulto per un dolorino lombare così decido di trattarlo con la #rpgsouchard e lo metto in postura di rana in aria. Durante il trattamento insisto tanto sulla respirazione paradossa per allentare le tensioni del diaframma, libero il collo dalle tensioni dello scaleno anteriore destro e del trapezio superiore sinistro, ricerco il rilassamento dei muscoli spinali con insistenza sul sacro. Appena finito il trattamento l’atleta si sente già meglio riferendo una sensazione di libertà a livello di collo e spalle. Oggi, dopo la sveglia all’alba e 350km di macchina, ci regala il suo primo successo. Possiamo solo dirgli CONGRATULAZIONI!!!!! Al @gruppo_pesisti abbiamo scelto un approccio multidisciplinare in cui ogni professionista mette a disposizione dell’atleta le proprie competenze, ma sopratutto viviamo queste soddisfazioni come se fossimo una grande famiglia. Top bench single 135 @ez. Went for 142.5 (2.5 PR but my butt came up). Top DL single 147.5/325 moving like a 🐢 but it went up so idc. Death by bench today (8 sets total, not gonna post it al bc who wants to watch that). Also have been at the gym for 3+ hours and still doing DL backdowns.
