These weights are getting slightly scary now! I'm supposed to try to go up 2.5 kg each sesh but I think I'll have to slow it down now. Today was very trying to say the least. I know sometimes it's easier said than done, but it truly helps to hit the bar and blow off steam. I hit bench and super set with shoulders to really push through a rough day. It helped and I encourage you to try the gym as a way of coping with difficult days. Still building back my deadlifts. These felt real nice, 220kg/484lb x5 (also no wraps 🤙) pretty happy with my speed. In other news I now have a coach!!! Pretty excited to see how things turn out
